Privacy policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information P11 Games (“we”, “us”) collects through p11games.com, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have. We handle personal information in line with the data protection laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and any other data protection laws that apply to you.
Who we are
P11 Games is a game software development studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We design and build game software and license it to businesses. We do not operate gambling services, accept wagers or offer real-money play.
P11 Games is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about anything in it, including your rights, using the contact form. Choose “Something else” and mention “privacy” in your message.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect:
- your full name, company name and work email address
- your role, what you are interested in and the markets you operate in
- your message, and confirmation that you agreed to us storing these details
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and filter spam enquiries.
Information stored on your device. When you confirm you are 18 or over, we save that answer in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again on every visit. It never leaves your device and is not used to identify or track you.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not load fonts or scripts from third-party services.
How we use it and why
| What we do | Why we are allowed to |
|---|---|
| Reply to your enquiry, send game information and arrange software demos | You asked us to, and gave your consent when you sent the form. It is also needed to take steps you request before any business agreement. |
| Keep a record of our correspondence with you | To manage our business relationship with you |
| Keep the site secure and filter spam | To protect the site, our systems and our inbox |
| Remember your age confirmation on your device | Needed to provide the site as you requested it |
We will not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers who process information on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- Netlify hosts this website and stores contact form submissions.
- Google provides the email account that receives notifications of new enquiries.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
International transfers
Our service providers may store or process information outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States and Europe. When that happens, we rely on the protections that applicable law requires, such as contractual safeguards with those providers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client or partner, we keep the information needed to manage that relationship for as long as it lasts and for any period the law requires afterwards. Hosting logs are kept by our provider for a limited period for security purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your information
- withdraw your consent at any time
- ask for your information in a portable format
To use any of these rights, contact us through the contact form. We aim to reply within 30 days. There is normally no charge.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR, which we will respect when they apply.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.

This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over and for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
